American Bridge Capital ("ABC", "we", "us") provides financing against government and commercial receivables. This policy explains what we collect through americanbridgecapital.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written in plain English on purpose.
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you type into it: your name, email address, phone number, company or entity name, the funding need you describe, the facility size you are seeking, and any message you write.
We also record the date and time of your submission and the IP address the submission came from. We keep that record so we can show, if we are ever asked, that you contacted us and agreed to be contacted back.
We do not use advertising trackers, third-party marketing pixels, or cross-site cookies on this website.
One reason: to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we can finance your receivables. That is the whole purpose. We use your contact details to reach you about your request, and we use the deal details to decide whether it fits what we do.
By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email regarding your financing request. Standard message and data rates may apply to texts. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, by clicking unsubscribe in an email, or by emailing info@americanbridgecapital.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop us from responding to an active request you made.
Your submission goes to our internal team and into our customer relationship management system. We share it further only in these situations:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to third parties for their own marketing.
We keep inquiry records for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship with you, and afterward for as long as we reasonably need them for legal, audit, and recordkeeping purposes. If a deal closes, we keep the file for the period our lending and regulatory obligations require.
Submissions travel over an encrypted connection. Credentials for our systems are stored encrypted and are not present in the website code or visible to your browser. Access to your information inside ABC is limited to the people who need it to work on your request. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise, but we treat this data as confidential business information.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@americanbridgecapital.com or call 800-459-FUND and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor those.
If you would rather not submit anything through this site at all, simply call us. A phone call works exactly as well.

This is a commercial finance website. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
